Good morning!
It looks like there’s a new veg cafe in Watford town centre, near Marks and Spencer.
We would like to meet up there on April, 4th at 11.30, then those who want can move to GoKula.
Also there is a bookshop/cafe/community space that supports the Green Party near the pond, it’s a small place but very welcoming, it is right next door to the Japanese restaurant.
Please add the address of this new place on the comments below if you know it, I haven’t been yet.

Some of us are thinking of going to the Art Cafe at our usual meet-up time (1pm) and staying on for the official opening at 2pm. Fancy Watford having another veg cafe!! Another one to support

I’ll be at the Art Cafe on Saturday. I’ve already been there a couple of times and think its a great new place for Watford. There’s lots of space so if we expand as a group it would be an ideal venue. The owner is a vegetarian and is open to ideas from the community in Watford.

I’ve also been to the cafe that supports the Green Party a couple of times. On my first visit I told the owner I was vegan and when I went there a couple of days later he had bought a vegan cake as a response. It’s great that new cafe owners are open to vegan and veggie ideas and are listening to their customers!
